Hi,
in this first post we would like to illustrate some characteristics of our hospitality.
All over the website, you'll find other informations, photos and various descriptions.
In this post we show some typical dishes that we serve for dinner on request.

This is the bread soup (zuppa di pane), an ancient recipe from tuscan countryside. It's made with a special ingredient, the black cabbage, tilled in Tuscany.

Liver small crust (crostini di fegatini), another much loved dish in Florence and Tuscany. It's made with chicken livers, anchovies, capers among others ingredients.

This is "dead roast rabbit" (coniglio arrosto morto). Dead roast is called in Tuscany browned meat in a pan without tomato.
